Keynote on computational medical imaging and panel discussion at the annual conference of the Friends of Al-Quds University in Germany in Düsseldorf, on strengthening academic and research partnerships between Al-Quds University and German institutions.

On 30 October 2026 I gave a keynote on computational medical imaging and joined the panel discussion at the annual conference of the Friends of Al-Quds University association in Germany in Düsseldorf, held under the motto “Building Bridges to the Future”. The conference discussed cooperation between Al-Quds University and German institutions in higher education, research and digital innovation, medical and vocational training, and empowering young Palestinians.

Speakers included Prof. Dr. Imad Abu Kishk (President of Al-Quds University), Ramona Wills (Johannes Rau Foundation), Josef Neumann (Member of the North Rhine-Westphalia State Parliament), Dr. Mohammed Khaskaya (DAAD) and Ibrahim Al-Rafei (GIZ). Press coverage: Al-Quds, 2 November 2026.
