Chair of the oral session on Domain Adaptation at the virtual IEEE International Symposium on Biomedical Imaging (ISBI 2021), with co-chair Hang Dai (MBZUAI); the lab also presented a paper on classifying hereditary hemolytic anemias.

I chaired the oral session ThC2 “Domain Adaptation” at the virtual IEEE 18th International Symposium on Biomedical Imaging (ISBI 2021) on 15 April 2021, with co-chair Hang Dai (Mohamed bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence). The session covered spatial decomposition for robust domain adaptation in prostate cancer detection, model adaptation in biomedical image reconstruction and semi-supervised cross-anatomy domain adaptation for coronary artery segmentation, among others.

At the same conference the lab presented Fourier Transform of Percoll Gradients Boosts CNN Classification of Hereditary Hemolytic Anemias.
