Co-organized LYSTO, the lymphocyte assessment hackathon held with the MICCAI COMPAY 2019 workshop in Shenzhen.
I co-organized LYSTO, the Lymphocyte Assessment Hackathon, held in conjunction with the Second MICCAI COMPAY Workshop on Computational Pathology on 13 October 2019 in Shenzhen, China. Teams had only a few hours on site to assess lymphocytes in CD3/CD8 immunohistochemistry of breast, colon and prostate cancer; the benchmark stays open on grand-challenge, and the results were published in IEEE JBHI.
