After two inspiring days in Berlin for the Steering Committee Meeting and the GLOHRAday for German Alliance for Global Health Research (GLOHRA), I feel more energized than ever about our mission.
Visiting the Deutscher Bundestag for the Parliamentary Evening on Germany’s Engagement in Global Health Research was a highlight, showing the importance of international collaboration.
GLOHRA has grown so much in the last four years, now including over 1,000 members from top German institutions working with so many international partners in the global south. This amazing community shows how powerful working together globally can be.
A big thank you to the previous Steering Committee members for their great work and to the Berlin secretary office for organizing everything so well.
I’m also excited about the launch of the GLOHRA training repository ( https://lnkd.in/dWQFK4MJ), featuring our upcoming summer school on affordable AI ( https://saai2024.github.io)
